Background ICT
This case team has a responsibility of enhancing the institutional ability to update information easily and support, guide, consult and train researchers in overall usage of current ICT technologies and availing accessible and genuine user support. Moreover, expected to contribute for smooth, fast, and undisrupted communication and networking systems. The ICT unit is a composition of network and system administrator, graphic designer, web management and administrator, and IT technical supporters. The unit is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware, and software
utilization.
Mission of the team
The ICT case team of
the knowledge management directorate /KMD/ in AHRI stands for the up to date
and finely compiled data management and presentation system in AHRI. It thrives
to provide a secure, reliable and well-structured information and communication
technology in AHRI.
