WGS data generated within the ETHICOBOTS project was used for bioinformatics course. The objective was to provide a good understanding of the NGS analysis methodologies and get a base knowledge and practical skill to produce simple analysis on their own.
It was held at AHRI Bioinformatics lab from February 20-21, 2017.
