Dr Francis Collins, one of the world’s prominent scientists, who led the international Human Genome Project that mapped out humanity’s genes for the first time , and now holds the reins of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of United States, directing billions of dollars of the research investment every year and his colleagues, Dr Roger Glass, Associate Director for International Research, NIH and Dr Peter Kilmarx, Deputy Director, NIH Fogarty International Center visited AHRI on 26th Oct 2019.
