The Armauer Hansen Research Institute (AHRI) in conjunction with the Ethiopian Evidence Based Healthcare and Development Centre of Jimma University successfully organized and delivered a training on Evidence Implementation training program (EITP) – a training devised by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI), Adelaide University, South Australia.
The 5 day training was provided for researchers and experts from AHRI collaboration network institutions such as the Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI), Amhara Public Health Institute, Samara University, Haramaya University, Gonder University, and Dire Dawa University. The training underpinned the need for evidence- implementation and its imperatives in making evidence-informed healthcare policy.
